For concrete, brick, and other heavy debris, we strongly recommend our 10-yard tub dumpster due to weight limits. Roofing shingles and mixed construction debris fit well in our 20-yard or 30-yard units. Mixing heavy concrete with lighter materials in a larger dumpster can trigger weight overage fees of $110.00/ton — call us before loading to choose the right unit.
Yes — when available, we offer same-day delivery across Hampton Roads. Call us early and we'll do everything we can to get a roll-off dumpster on your job site the same day, subject to driver availability. Learn more on our same-day dumpster delivery page.
All rentals include a 7-day rental period. Extended rental is available at $25.00/day if your project needs more time. Just let us know before the rental period ends — you'll never be surprised by the invoice.
Absolutely. After your 3rd rental, you qualify for 5% off base pricing. Running 3 or more simultaneous rentals on different job sites? That's 8% off. We also offer net-30 billing for approved commercial accounts. Call us to set up your contractor account today.
Prohibited items include hazardous waste, chemicals, liquids, wet paint (dried paint cans are OK), batteries, asbestos materials, Freon appliances unless properly tagged as evacuated, and medical waste. Mattresses & box springs ($100.00 each) and tires ($75.00 each) require an added landfill surcharge. Call us before loading if you're unsure about any material.
We place heavy-duty protective boards under every dumpster at no additional charge — no cracks, no scuffs, no damage claims. If we can't complete the delivery due to access issues, a dry run fee of $125.00 applies, so call ahead if you have placement concerns.
We don't offer swap-outs, so size up if you're unsure — a 30-yard is usually cheaper than two smaller rentals. If you do run out of room, call us and we'll schedule pickup of the full container and book a new rental as quickly as possible.
